Pipelines

One research framework, independently versioned modules.

The seven stages define the intended scientific journey. They do not indicate that an analysis has run or that every stage is implemented.

Cancer Discovery Pipeline

Seven traceable stages

Each stage must preserve provenance and carry evidence forward through typed contracts.

  1. 01

    Data

    Data ingestion

Register compatible research datasets, access conditions, and provenance before analysis.

  2. 02

    Molecular state

    Molecular state

Characterize molecular features and frame reproducible state-level analyses.

  3. 03

    Biomarkers

    Biomarker discovery

Prioritize candidate signals while preserving their source evidence and limitations.

  4. 04

    Vulnerabilities

    Vulnerability discovery

Evaluate research hypotheses against declared functional-dependency contracts.

  5. 05

    Pharmacology

    Pharmacological evidence

Connect candidate hypotheses to registered response evidence when records exist.

  6. 06

    Validation

    External validation

Assess independent evidence and validation gates without overstating readiness.

  7. 07

    Report

    Research report

Assemble traceable records from immutable releases and artifact envelopes.

Manifest sequence

Currently registered module contracts

Ordering follows the catalog dependency graph, not a hard-coded project list.

  1. Module 1 · P001active

    Molecular State Explorer

Research-only molecular-state modeling project with independently versioned task contracts. T001 includes metadata and read-only compatibility validation for the completed legacy TCGA-BRCA TP53 candidate. The current platform specification remains unapproved and cannot pass G0 or produce a release.

  2. Module 2 · P002scaffold

    Cancer Vulnerability Explorer

Contract scaffold for integrating molecular-state evidence with functional, pharmacological, and proteomic evidence to evaluate candidate vulnerabilities. No vulnerability analysis or validation is implemented.
